We are already at the gates of a new Apple event, where we are all waiting for the presentation of the new iPhone 15 in all its versions. As always, the rumors increase as we get closer to the date set by Apple for that presentation. Which, as you already know, will be next September 12, at 7:00 p.m. Spanish time. We can highlight many new features of the iPhone 15, but for me There are two which can be placed on the head and tail, respectively. I’ll tell you what they are.
USB-C as a Top and the base storage as the worst of this iPhone 15.
In this new event, there is no doubt thatThe main protagonist will be the iPhone 15. We already know many of its characteristics. For example, we will have two sizes, 6.1 and 6.7 inches, always talking about the base models. Dynamic Island and the A16 Bionic are other new features. But oh friend. These base models, so to speak, the normal ones, will bring what is already obsolete for me: The Lightning port.
Once again it makes me think that the iPhone 15 is nothing more than the 14 reused and adding new chips, which undoubtedly makes it go a little faster, but we don’t notice that speed on a day-to-day basis. On top of that yes prices are going to rise…I do not know what to say anymore.
Now you can tell me that I am wrong, that it is going to bring USB-C. Yes it is true, but it is a hidden Lightning port, since the work, refreshment and transfer rates are the same as those of the port ten years ago. Only the Pro models will bring a USB-C port with Thunderbolt speeds in addition to many other new features such as:

- A 17 Bionic
- More battery
- 8GB RAM
- Wi-Fi 6E

Sometimes I think why don’t I go to Android with those functions they have and I immediately remember my experiences with these terminals and again the idea passes. iPhone is not just hardware and software, it is a symbiosis that is spectacular and perfect.

But on the other hand we find another of the decisions made by Apple that makes me want to go there and tell them that they are getting confused. We talk about storage capacity.
The iPhone 15 Pro is rumored to start at a sad, measly 128GB of storage. I don’t really know what year those who have decided on this basic capability live in, but with increasingly better quality photos, applications that are almost the same as games, and the gadgets that we carry and connect to the iPhone, 128 GB is ridiculous.
In fact, we will continue to have the same capabilities as the iPhone 14 Pro: 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB. Logically, add an increase of about 100 euros for each increase in storage. That in the best case.
